Product Managers in Communtiy Mgmt at leading Internet companies
I'd like to hear from Product Managers at leading local Internet companies (like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Zynga, etc) with their thoughts on Community Management futures.

Community management is evolving rapidly, especially as user expectations grow and platforms face increasing scrutiny over moderation, privacy, and inclusivity. As AI tools and automation become more sophisticated, they’re playing a larger role in scaling community management efforts. However, balancing automation with genuine human interaction remains a challenge, particularly for fostering trust and engagement.
It would be interesting to hear from product managers about how they envision the future—will we see more emphasis on AI-driven solutions, or will human-centric approaches regain prominence to create more authentic and resilient online communities? police clearanceAdditionally, how do companies plan to align these efforts with ethical practices and global regulatory standards? Looking forward to insights!
