Optimizing Joint-Topics while Avoiding Pitfalls in an unconference structure
In the front end of the day, it is common that there are more topics than there are session spaces. Thus, topics become combined into session spaces. This may lead to situations where one topic doesn't receive any airtime, depending upon the competence and good will of the chairperson. The excluded topic leader should not have to vote with her/his feet. How does a group assure that all included topics receive equitable airtime?
